STADIUM SECURITY / STEWARDS

Stadiums are a truly unique environment for all safety and security providers to operate in. At SMITH Security, We understand this and have built a bespoke offering aimed entirely at football and rugby clubs, as well as other stadium based organisations and events.

We specialise in searching for prohibited items, dangerous substances and handling hazards presented by fans on entry to football stadium, items such as smoke bombs, distress flares and flash bangs. Our response teams also carry out dynamic risk assessments arising from intoxication, racial and sectarian conduct, crowd migration, overcrowding and anti- social behaviour. All our Stadium Security Guards and Stewards are trained to deal with any issue that arises.

All of our Stadium Security team & Stewards have completed ACT counter terrorism awareness training along with   first aid training – ensuring the best possible level of protection for fans, Staff and VIPs.
We work with the police Stadium Staff and Management to help prevent the use of drugs, alcohol while on premises.
We also work with Management, Staff to Rid Stadiums of  racial and sectarian Chants and taunts towards player, staff and visiting Teams.
